Windows can be short here. Of the local posts on the Ethiopian Airlines page on 2 November 2026, most ran for about a week, and results pages then list written exam dates that are easy to miss. And on our own count, 102 of 144 Ethiopia adverts publish no deadline at all, so you need your own date for when to follow up. Add each application here as you send it.
What should I write down for each application?
- The employer and the post, as the advert names it
- The reference number and the closing date
- Which CV and letter you sent
- Where you sent it, and the contact
- The exam or interview date, and what to bring
When should I follow up?
If the advert gives a closing date, wait a week or two after it, then send one short message to ask where things stand. If there's no date, follow up about two weeks after you apply. Also check the employer's results page if it has one: Ethiopian Airlines posts written exam dates and names on its own results page, so check it as well as your phone.
Where is my list kept?
In this browser, on this device. We can't see it. If you change phone or clear your browser data, it's gone, so export it to a spreadsheet file from time to time.
Questions people ask
How many jobs should I apply for at a time?
As many as you can do well. A letter and CV fitted to each post usually beat many copies of one. A list like this shows you if you're falling behind.
Does it send reminders?
No, it doesn't send anything. It shows you what's due when you open it.
Is it free?
Yes, with no signup. Nobody should pay to apply for a job.
