Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the management, maintenance, and administration of company-owned and leased properties.
- Develop maintenance plans, budgets, and property management procedures.
- Coordinate property inspections, repairs, and maintenance services to preserve asset value.
- Manage lease agreements, occupancy arrangements, property records, and relationships with tenants and service providers, as applicable.
- Ensure compliance with relevant property, safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Monitor property-related expenditure and identify opportunities to improve asset utilization and reduce costs.
- Supervise property management personnel and external service providers.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Facilities Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 6 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Proven experience in property administration, facilities management, maintenance coordination, or asset management.
- Experience managing industrial or commercial properties is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, budgeting, and stakeholder management skills.
