Awash Bank seeks relationship managers in Addis Ababa and a regional director in Bahir Dar

Awash Bank posted two adverts on its vacancy page on 29 October 2026. One is for Relationship Managers at levels I, II and III in Addis Ababa. The other is for a Regional Director for the North West Region, based in Bahir Dar.

The relationship manager advert, vacancy HO-EXT/00025/26, asks for a BA degree in a business related discipline and at least 8 years in the banking sector, preferably supporting high net worth clients. The job is to win and manage corporate customers and meet deposit and loan growth goals.

The regional director advert, vacancy HO-EXT/00024/26, asks for a BA degree in management or a related field and at least 12 years of banking experience, 5 of them as a senior branch manager. Training in banking operations and leadership is mandatory.

Both jobs are permanent. Pay follows the bank's salary scale, and the adverts give no figure.
