What you will do
- Plan and run projects and portfolio initiatives with objectives, timelines, owners, KPIs, milestones, and success measures.
- Monitor work, identify risks early, resolve issues, and give precise updates to leaders, investors, funders, and partners.
- Improve workflows, reporting, trackers, dashboards, and performance tools.
- Coordinate internal teams and external stakeholders, facilitate meetings, produce reports and presentations, and use scenarios and data for decisions.
Requirements
- Have 5+ years, including top-tier consulting or demanding project-management work.
- Have a record delivering complex multi-stakeholder initiatives and managing competing priorities.
- Be advanced in PowerPoint and Excel, including reports, presentations, and financial models.
- Bring adaptability, emotional intelligence, attention to detail, senior-level communication, project tools, OKRs or KPIs, and performance-management experience. Private-sector, startup, or donor-funded-programme knowledge is useful.
