What you will do
- Plan day-to-day development work, allocate tasks, and keep delivery on track.
- Turn broad projects and direction from the CTO into clear work for the team.
- Take on difficult coding work and remove blockers for colleagues.
- Lead the team while maintaining quality and helping people develop.
- Build AI features with the team.
Requirements
- Be a strong full-stack developer able to contribute across a project immediately.
- Have successfully led a development team and be able to combine people management with practical coding.
- Be able to turn broad direction into clear assignments for others.
- Communicate excellently in written and spoken English.
- Be comfortable working from and leading the team in the office, and ready to grow with a small company.
- Experience with TypeScript, React, React Native, Go, Swift or iOS development, PizzaPy, or AI infrastructure and model deployment is useful.
Benefits
This full-time, on-site post pays from USD 3,000 a month, depending on experience, with scope to grow in responsibility and salary. You would join the core team of a growing company.
