Key Responsibilities
- Lead the division's operations, business development, and overall performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
- Oversee sales, technical operations, project execution, and customer service, as applicable to the division.
- Identify new market opportunities and strengthen relationships with customers, suppliers, and business partners.
- Manage budgets, resources, and operational risks while ensuring quality and compliance.
- Lead and develop the division's team and monitor performance against agreed targets.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A master's degree or relevant professional certification is an advantage.
- At least 8 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a managerial or senior leadership role.
- Experience in electrical products, engineering, technical services, or project management.
- Strong commercial awareness, leadership, financial management, and strategic planning skills.
